Z0604-09-C - Modidification of Conditional Use - Cascade Heights Charter School

Brief history of this issue on page one under "Proposal:"

1. In 1986, the County approved a Conditional Use Permit for Eastern Orthodox Church, rectory & staff buildings, and school for 200 students. Ref: Z0520-86.

2. In 2007, the County approved a Minor Modification to Conditional Use Permit to place two modular school buildings. We believe that this is the first effort to build the approved school, now named the Cascade Heights Public Charter School. REf: Z0569-07.

3. In 2008, the County approved another Minor Modification to Conditional Use Permit to place two additional modular school buildings. In fact, though, only one was placed. Ref: Z0399-08.

4. In 2009, the County issued the following Approval of a Minor Modification to Conditional Use Permit to place the second of the modular school buildings that were approved in 2008. Ref: Z0604-09.
